A digital wallet is a place on your smart phone or smart device that can store digital versions of your cards and tickets. Train tickets, airplane boarding passes, event tickets and loyalty cards are all examples of items that can be stored in a digital wallet.
Once you have logged into our online platform, you will be able to create your custom branded card with our easy to use design tool. Change the colors, loyalty type, logo, terms and conditions etc. No time for all this? Contact one of our Customer Champions who will be happy to design your entire loyalty program and custom branded card!! Give them a few sources of inspiration like your website or social media page, and they will create a card that matches your style and brand.
No, there is no app to download. The custom branded digital loyalty cards you create, can be stored directly in a users digital wallet. If you have ever used a mobile boarding pass or stored a bank card on your phones digital wallet, it works in exactly the same way - a digital card, stored on your customers device, which they can never lose.
Once you have created your custom branded card with our platform, or contacted one of our Customer Champions to create the card for you, you will receive a unique QR code for your card. Print the QR code out and place it in your venue e.g. near your point of sale. Your customers scan the QR code with their smart phone camera. This will open a webpage where they can then signup and download their card directly to their device.
Each card has a unique QR code displayed on the front. When your customer shows you their card, you can scan the QR code with any smart device's camera. This will open a webpage where you will be able to see the current version of the customer's card. There will be a 'stamp' button which you can tap to add a stamp to the card.
You can create any type of loyalty card scheme - points, value, membership, action driven etc. We provide some standard templates which provide the most common types of loyalty cards. If you require something more specific or bespoke, you can contact one of our Customer Champions directly through our platform, and they will create a loyalty card that meets your needs.
When your customers signup, they have the option of being taken to a web version of their card. The address (URL) of the page is unique for their card. They can save the link to their favourite bookmark tool, or simply email it to themselves for future reference.
All our cards are cryptographically signed in a similar way to how your bank card details are secured. The cards can only be changed through our secure platform by staff members that you authorise.
When you login to our web platform, you will be able to create staff members. When a staff member scans their first card, they will be asked to login with the username you created for them. This will then authorise their device to stamp cards. You can disable a staff members access at any time.
