  1. Monthly Subscription Plans: Customers subscribing to our monthly subscription plans may cancel their subscription at any time. However, refunds for the current billing period will not be provided. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
  2. Pay As You Go Plans: Once purchased, and if the service has been used, no refunds will be permitted. If you have purchased in error, or changed your mind, and have not accessed the service, contact us for a refund.
  3. Service Disruptions: In the event of service disruptions or downtime that significantly affect the functionality of our digital loyalty card platform, we may offer prorated refunds or account credits at our discretion.
  4. Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@loyital.com. Requests must include the customer's name, account details, and reason for the refund. Our team will review each request and respond within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Process: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website and following the cancellation instructions. Alternatively, they can contact our customer support team for assistance with the cancellation process.
  2. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to the digital loyalty card platform will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. Customers will not be charged for the next billing period after cancellation.
  3. Data Retention: Please note that upon cancellation of the subscription, all customer data stored on our platform will be permanently deleted within 90 days. It is the customer's responsibility to download and back up any data they wish to retain before cancelling their subscription.
